Description:

L-glutamine is an amino acid coding for protein synthesis, non-essential amino acid in mammals, can be converted from glucose in the body. It is the most abundant amino acid in muscle and blood, and the most abundant in the human body. The body cannot produce essential amino acids on its own, so glutamine must be consumed through the diet

It provides essential nitrogen source for the body and promotes protein synthesis in muscle cells. It can promote the growth and differentiation of muscle cells through cell augmentation.

Increase strength and endurance. During exercise, the increase in acidic metabolites acidifies body fluids. Glutamine has the potential to produce bases, thus reducing to some extent the loss of exercise capacity or fatigue caused by acid.
