Description:

Felodipine is a vasodilatory calcium antagonist with a high degree of vascular selectivity. It is currently indicated for
use only in hypertension, either as monotherapy or in conjunction with diuretics or beta blockers.

Function:
1.Felodipine is used for the treatment of high blood pressure is a selective calcium antagonists, inhibit the main flow of extracellular calcium arterial smooth muscle cells, and selective expansion of small arteries, veins, no such effect,not cause orthostatic hypotension;myocardial also. no significant inhibition.
