Description:
Maytansine DM1 is a tubulin inhibitor that binds to the ends of microtubules and inhibits the dynamics of microtubules. Maytansine is an antibody-conjugated maytansinoid used to overcome the systemic toxicity associated with maytansine and enhance tumor-specific delivery.
